    We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Assistant Service Advisor. In this dual role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service, while also assisting our service advisors with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in the service department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet customers in person and over the phone in a warm and professional manner.

    Schedule appointments and manage the service department's appointment calendar.

    Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information about services offered and pricing.

    Collect and input customer information into the database accurately.

    Perform detailed drop-off inspections to ensure quality control.

    Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

    Follow up with customers to provide updates on their vehicles and answer any additional questions.

    Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

    Perform administrative tasks such as processing and filing parts invoices and paperwork

    Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Proactively reach out to customers to fill the shop’s schedule during slower periods

    Various other tasks to support and improve shop workflow

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive technology is a plus.

    Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Proficiency with computer systems and software, ability to learn new systems and software.

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish a plus
