What You’ll Do as a Team Member:

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance policies

Clearly explain coverage options and benefits

Communicate effectively by phone and in-person with customers and team members

Provide prompt, accurate, and helpful service every time

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Confidence in reviewing customer needs and helping with renewals

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must

Positive mindset and willingness to learn

Compensation: Hourly Pay + Commission
