Job description
Founded in 1967, Panel Town & Floors has been a leading flooring retailer and distributor for more than 52 years. This family-owned, small business prides itself on delivering an unparalleled customer experience and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Panel Town is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented office assistant to join its growing team.
Key Functions:
· Assist accounts receivable, mailing invoices and following up with customers on outstanding invoices as needed
· Assist accounts payable, ensuring invoices are being paid on time
· Pickup/Receive and sort incoming mail
· Clerical work, including but not limited to answering phones, scanning and filing documents, and entering data into spreadsheets
· Order, pick up, and maintain stock of office supplies as needed for all departments
Skills and Experience:
· Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a PLUS
· Experience using an ERP (preferred, but not required)
