    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. You will have the opportunity to earn $150k-$200k per year through hourly and commission based compensation.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate sales from various media sources including Google Ads, Social media, Live Lead Transfers, Form Fills, SMS marketing and Email campaigns.

    Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our products/services.

    Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

    Use our CRM to covert aged leads through email, SMS, follow up calls

    Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.

    Track all sales activities and maintain detailed records in CRM system.

    Identify and target potential clients in need of services.

    Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads.

    Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products & services.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

    Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

    Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.

    Requirements:

    2 years plus proven inside sales experience (ideally in B2C environment).

    Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

    Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Track record of over-achieving quota.

    Strong phone presence and experience.

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.

    Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills

    Proficient Computer Skills

    Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

    BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent preferred but not necessary.

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
