ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN NEED FOR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING, COORDINATING AND MANAGING PATIENT ACCOUNTS. SELF STARTER AND FAST LEARNER. To coordinate and manage patient accounts, arrange treatment and doctor appointment scheduling. for a fast paced office environment. This is a full-time position in the Irvine area.

Ideal candidates would meet the following requirements:
Experience in the medical field preferred. Assist in doctor appointment scheduling and coordinating. must have Data Entry Experience with at list 50 wpm Computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Basic knowledge of Medical terminology preferred. Excellent communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required. Must be reliable and be able to multi-task. Familiar with the personal injury process (not a must). Familiar with Web search
Daily job functions will include:
Administration and handling of company accounts Follow-up status on all patient cases. Run, review and mail fax patient's accounts. Research and negotiate contracting doctors for past and future patient cases. Monitor and follow-up on financial arrangements. follow-up and arrange treatment and doctor appointment scheduling. Back-up medical records
SALARY TBD BASED ON EXPERIENCE, (STARTING AT$20.00 PER HR FOR TRAINING) PLUS BONUSES PAID MONTHLY,
