Job Description: We seek a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Medical Doctor (MD) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is essential in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients, helping them navigate health challenges, manage ongoing conditions, and maintain overall wellness.

As a healthcare provider at The Modern Woman Health and Wellness Center, you will:

Provide comprehensive primary care and gynecological services to women of all ages.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending therapies.

Collaborate with our team of therapists, counselors, and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

For APRNs:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Valid APRN license to practice in Connecticut.

National certification in a specialty area relevant to women's health or primary care.

Ability to work independently after meeting the state's collaborative practice requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, focusing on women's health.

For Medical Doctors:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Valid medical license to practice in Connecticut.

Board certification in a relevant specialty, such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, focusing on women's health.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges. Additionally, this role is eligible for performance-based bonuses. Several factors determine compensation: education, work experience, licensure/certifications, and scheduled clinical hours.
