    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
    • Direct all activities at project location related to process piping, equipment & installation, HVAC, Thermal Fluid, and additional trades within project scope. Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
    • Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks.
    • Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment.
    • Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained.
    • Attend all required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns.
    • Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives.

    Requirements

    • Trade school and/or 3+ years' experience in multiple trade disciplines, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
    • OSHA 30, preferred
    • Ability to travel 100% of the time.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
