    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Technical Support person to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries by email and phone
    • Provide technical troubleshooting for electronic products and services by phone and email
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving electronic products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service or electronic support
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of electronic applications is a plus
    • Must understand the operation of a Multi Meter
    • Basic Audio/Video and Electronics knowledge
    • Previous installation experience is a plus
