We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Sales Recruiter to join our Advertising, Social Media / SEO, and Human Resources team! The entry level candidate we are looking for will perform activities in Human Resources and Talent Scouting / Recruiting new hires for entry level positions within our company.

Technology is great but loyal long term customers aren’t generated with an algorithm, they’re created through meaningful connections and relationships. We specialize in building those relationships in order to acquire new business and retain those customers for the long haul. RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Answer phones, complete scheduling, and other front desk responsibilities
• Advertising / SEO / Social Media Updates
• Brand Awareness
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Staffing, or other related fields (or desire to gain experience)
• Ability to build relationships with all employees
• Student mentality
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
