Inspire Care Support Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Lead to guide our caregiving team and ensure exceptional client care. If you are ready to take your leadership skills to the next level and thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Prepare meals and snacks

Light housekeeping activities

Medication reminders

Provide companionship

Assist with errands and shopping

On-call schedule

Training/Onboarding caregivers - Train and Onboard: Ensure new team members are equipped to deliver high-quality care

Quality assurance visits for both caregivers and clients

Able to problem solve in various situations

Drive for the client if needed

Conduct home visits, update care plans, and address client concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have current valid Indiana HHA/CNA Certification (certifications are valid for 2 years)

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is REQUIRED

Previous supervisory experience is REQUIRED

An active CPR card issued by The American Heart Association or The American Red Cross

Recent Two-step TB/PPD test or an equivalent blood test within the last year

Ability to lead and educate others

Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and insurance
