    The Role

    Reports To: Head of Delivery Solutions

    Team: Supply Chain – Delivery Solutions

    Location: ASOS Union City, Georgia Atlanta

    As Delivery Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for our parcel carrier operations, outbound and returns, from our facility in Atlanta. You will support the Head of Delivery Solutions in the design, launch, and ongoing operation of new delivery services to the US, Canada and Mexico, and enhancing our existing returns proposition. You will be responsible for providing data-driven, actionable insights to enhance operational plans, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of parcel carrier operations. You will be responsible for managing and improving processes and ensuring that our 3PL partners achieve ambitious service level targets. You will have a voice in shaping the direction of our US logistics operation and will be heavily involved in project work to improve processes and ways of working.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Maintain our delivery solutions program for ASOS in the US which provides an industry leading proposition to our customers.

    · Oversee all carrier KPIs, SLAs, reporting and forecasting and provide data analysis back to internal stakeholders.

    · Accountable for engaging, developing and continuously reviewing the delivery solutions strategy for the region, including delivering proposition enhancements.

    · Responsible for outbound carrier selection (through structured tender pro-cesses).

    · Responsible for controlling and driving down customer LITs (Lost in Transit) and WISMOs (Where is My Order) which have a direct impact on our bottom line.

    · Forecasting and carrier planning, including for peak and holiday season.

    · Financial management – review and report on weekly costs, understanding variances alongside implementing processes to manage as required.

    · Owning and conducting regular carrier reviews.

    · Manage budgeting of a $100M+ parcel spend

    · Oversee Lost In Transit reduction projects

    What Success Looks Like:

    · Delivery and improvement against set Key Performance Indicators

    · Maintaining high standards for operational performance and influence 3PL partners to do the same

    · Supporting growth and business changes required within the distribution center and across the supply chain network

    · Successful development of the performance of logistics analysts

    · Generation and execution of ideas that push the US business forward

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Experience and Skills you will need:

    · Experience working with or in the US carrier market, in particular with UPS, FedEx and Lasership.

    · Experience managing a carrier budget with an understanding of the wider impacts of the financial decisions we make.

    · Ability to identify and implement improvements in carrier operations or sup-porting processes.

    · Experience of working in a warehouse operation, preferably in e-Commerce or a high-velocity distribution environment, or in a retail supply chain.
