Job Description

The Wireless Experience Human Resources Generalist provides solutions to all people opportunities as well as supporting the Director of Human Resources in bringing to life the people strategies that will support the company mission, values, and operational strategy.

For this particular position, the focus is on supporting all HR functions created and managed within the TWE Corporate Office and all TWE Companies. This role will be responsible for supporting the Director of Human Resources in creating people strategies that align to the overall business strategies. This position is multi-faceted in that it serves as a driver of solutions, consultant to the HR Team, Store Leadership teams, and the greater TWE Leadership Team.  A successful HR Generalist is both an advocate for the employee and the business as well as an agent for change. 

The HR Generalist is focused on forming relationships of trust, influence, and credibility. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the entire company that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR ROLE:

• Be the main contact for our field employees for all HR related matters.
• Ensure that all employee claims are investigated in a timely and effective manner.
• Support the Director of Human Resources with creation and implementation of our Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep up to date on the knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

 WHAT AN IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE:

• Strong very and written communication skills
• Knowledge in HRIS, HCMs, Benefit and payroll administration
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Experience in a retail environment
