WE’RE DIALING OUR SALES EFFORTS IN INDIANA, AND SEEKING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TO IMPROVE MARKET POSITION AND ACHIEVE FINANCIAL GROWTH.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - POSITION DETAILS:
· The BDM (Business Development Manager) is responsible for sales of 3rd party, Sorting, Quality Inspection, and Containment services around the area. Inspection services includes manufacturing parts inspection, auditing, sorting, containment, nonconforming, defective, and finished goods assemblies. Other services to include warehousing and assembly. You must be comfortable in a manufacturing/warehousing environment.
· The BDM will identify target accounts, specifically automotive and tiered suppliers, to build a sales pipeline, create strategies, and execute sales plans that meet sales objectives and goals.
· These activities include cold calling, setting meetings, conducting presentations, networking, entertaining customers/prospects and reporting activities both verbally and written.
· Additional responsibilities to include accurate and timely CRM (sales reporting methods)
· MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE, INDUSTRIAL, OR STAFFING INDUSTRIES.
