ABC Window Systems and ATI Windows are two of our brands for the windows and doors we manufacture and supply to tract housing builders in Nevada, Arizona and California.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help manage operations in our Las Vegas Distribution Center. This person will work closely with our operations team. Your duties will include assisting in the overall planning and coordination in our three locations. Coordination of delivery scheduling, field service operations, inventory control, and inter-plant trucking are just some of the duties involved in helping to get our company take advantage of the big opportunities we have in the ever expanding construction marketplace.

Responsibilities: • Follow standard operating procedures and documentation practices • Embrace Lean Office concepts and strive for continuous improvement • Obtain purchase orders and start paperwork • Create new orders in computer software and perform quality checks • Organize orders and follow up on their status • Process customer purchase orders with the regional accounting department to ensure they are billed • Generate vendor purchase orders • Other duties as assigned

Requirements: • High School diploma • 2 years of data entry experience • Strong computer skills especially with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office 365 • 35 wpm typing skills

The successful applicant will be used to working in a collaborative team environment, and have 2 to 4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant. This job will lead to increased responsibilities and compensation; we are looking for applicants with excellent people and communications skills.
