Job Description
ABC Window Systems and ATI Windows are two of our brands for the windows and doors we manufacture and supply to tract housing builders in Nevada, Arizona, and California.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to schedule manufacturing operations in our Phoenix factory. This person will work closely with our operations team. Your duties will include assisting in the overall detailed planning and coordination of our shop paperwork and computer files.
Responsibilities: • Follow standard operating procedures and documentation practices • Embrace Lean Office concepts and strive for continuous improvement • Create new orders in computer software and perform quality checks • Organize orders •Use various computer programs to generate orders for the shop floor • Other duties as assigned
Requirements: • High School diploma • 4 years of computer and Microsoft Office experience • Strong computer skills especially with spreadsheets • 35 wpm typing skills
The successful applicant will be used to working in a collaborative team environment, and have 2 to 4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant. This job will lead to increased responsibilities and compensation; we are looking for applicants with excellent people and communications skills.
Work hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional overtime required.
