    JOB SUMMARY:

    A Security Service Sales Engineer develops long-term business to business relationships with ATS Integrated Solutions customers. Work with our customers to define the scope and pricing for multi-year service support agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvement projects, and training.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    SELL MULTI-YEAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGREEMENTS

    •Ability to discuss the benefits of ATS Integrated Solutions' service offerings and customize a Support Agreement to meet the needs and the budget of the customer

    SELL OWNER-DIRECT, NEGOTIATED PROJECTS

    • System upgrades
    • System Optimization
    • Customer Training
    • Move, Add, Change small projects

    CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Knowledge of Access Control, Video and Intrusion systems
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and interactive skills
    • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
    • Engineering/Business undergraduate degree (preferred)
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Building electrical systems experience
    • Professional business to business sales experience

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    This position requires consistent physical work at a project jobsite, spending most of your time on your feet. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently is required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder regularly. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    • Your compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission (paid quarterly) based on meeting targeted goals, and monthly car allowance. The base salary depends on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

    POSITION TYPE AND HOURS

    • Full-time, non-exempt
    • Typical Monday – Friday working hours with flexibility as needed
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
    • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
