    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual District Manager to oversee multiple locations. This high-impact role is responsible for training, managing agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and consistent achievement of performance goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in team development, and maintains a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise daily operations across multiple locations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.

    Screen, interview, and onboard new agents to build a motivated, high-performing team.

    Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional work culture centered on exceptional customer service

    Provide timely performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.

    Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee conduct to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

    Proactively address and resolve escalated customer concerns to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.

    Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

    Collaborate with upper management to analyze KPIs, develop strategic plans, and report on district performance.

    Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices across locations.

    Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and field employees, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

    Requirements:

    Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

    Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, approachable management style.

    Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to analyze data and make decisions to improve performance and profitability.

    Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

    Proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.).

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly to Waco, Killeen, Austin, New Braunfels, and Seguin.
