Qualifications/Education:
- 2 Year Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail; Aptitude for numbers
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- Demonstrates high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required.
- Fluent in CDK/ADP software preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate dealer profits & sales commissions.
- Accurately document transaction details
- Track payroll data in excel and ensure safe keeping of all confidential information.
- Reconcile and maintain clean schedules related to vehicle sales.
- Fact checking accounting data.
- Accounts payable, bookkeeping, cash receipt and check cutting when needed.
- Cross training with staff to learn other accounting functions.
