    Linkitall (LIA) is seeking an experienced AV/VTC Project Lead to oversee and execute audiovisual (AV) and video teleconferencing (VTC) projects from initiation to completion. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.

    Position: AV/VTC Project Lead

    Location: Washington, DC

    Position Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    Manage end-to-end AV and VTC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

    Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with organizational goals.

    Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to mitigate issues.

    Review and analyze vendor proposals and quotes, providing recommendations for best-value solutions.

    Oversee and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and project controls to address schedules, lead times, and resource requirements.

    Ensure the proper implementation of Change Management processes and document all scope modifications.

    Plan and supervise AV/VTC service calls, inspections, and quality management processes post-implementation.

    Provide technical oversight for the installation, configuration, testing, and calibration of AV systems, including conference rooms, auditoriums, classrooms, and data centers.

    Train end-users on system operations, ensuring seamless adoption and usage of AV and VTC systems.

    Mentor and train junior staff on AV systems, installation best practices, and project management techniques.

    Perform routine inspections and upgrades, including firmware, hardware, and software maintenance.

    Requirements:

    A minimum of 10+ years managing AV/VTC projects across government and/or commercial clients.

    Proficiency with AV systems such as Crestron, BiAmp, Cisco, AMX, Extron, Vaddio, Polycom, Shure, Crown, Tandberg, and related AV/VTC components.

    Experience with network integration, fiber optics, rack fabrication, cable termination (Cat 5/6, Fiber, XLR, BNC, 232), and system testing.

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Clearance: Public Trust and above

    Certifications:

    AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)

    AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist Integrator (CTS-I)

    AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist Designer (CTS-D)

    BICSI Installer 2, Optical Fiber (INSTF)

    OSHA-30 Certification

    Crestron DMCD-4K

    BiAmp TesiraForte

    Planar Video Wall Installer and NanoLumens Video Wall Training
