Job Description
** What You’ll Do:**
Each year we hand-pick a group of bi-lingual sales professionals and work with them to develop their career in the insurance industry. We work with selected candidates on a one-on-one basis to assist them achieve their professional goals.
You will study during two (2) weeks to obtain you insurance license (we will pay for all costs incurred and will include a weekly compensation during this time)
You will be required to study at our office location using online resources, a Sales Training Professional who will assist you and provide one-on-one assistance and computer equipment.
Pass the insurance state exam - we will pay for testing fees, fingerprints and other processes as required by the state.
Once licensed, you will take inbound pre-qualified, live phone calls to assist prospect finding insurance plans that meets their needs and budget
** Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
Proven sales success in reaching specific sales goals
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Effective negotiation, verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work long hours during open enrollment season
Flexible schedule: ability to work from 1-9pm (Monday-Friday)
Required Education/Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales (call center setting)
Fully bilingual: English/Spanish
