    Position Summary

    Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an experienced and dynamic Associate Vice President of Marketing (AVP) to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our B2B operations. This executive role is critical in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, support product growth, and deliver measurable outcomes

    The AVP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our product market ting efforts by leveraging deep market insights and a keen understanding of customer needs in the B2B sector. This leader will oversee the marketing team and collaborate closely with senior executives, sales teams, and product managers to ensure consistent message ng, brand positioning, and effective market penetration.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, execute innovative marketing campaigns, and analyze data to make informed decisions. This role requires expertise in B2B product marketing, CRM-driven performance marketing, and an aptitude for translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted marketing strategist for the executive leadership team, providing expert counsel on market trends, competitive positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Product Marketing Excellence: Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and retention of Vensure's product offerings. Ensure alignment with sales and product teams to meet growth objectives
    • Campaign Development and Execution: Oversee the design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including directors and senior managers, to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
    • Market Insights and Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain actionable insights into market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. Translate findings into strategies that enhance ROI.
    • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints, reinforcing Vensure's leadership in the B2B space.
    • Collaboration and Alignment: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operational teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution.
    • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships with executive teams and other key stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within B2B environments.
    • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, including go-to-market strategies, customer journey mapping, and CRM-driven campaigns.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
