We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all of our digital platforms.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to help us grow our following, engagement and sales. You will perform various social media and email marketing tasks to support our customers, advertisers, brand ambassadors and social media communities.
To be successful in this role you must be knowledgeable in how to maximize followers, engagement and sales on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and via email marketing.
Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Strategist
Research, study and learn various benefits of the V Vitamins and women’s health facts
Content creation and curation
Create weekly blogs
Develop marketing strategies and email campaigns
Go live on IG, Tiktok & Twitter regularly
Use canva to develop graphics and info sheets for the brand
Analyze how to optimize current marketing campaigns for maximum conversion rate optimization
Identify potential new markets and create marketing plan to enter those markets
Find and partner with content creators, influencers, podcasters and advertisers to promote brand awareness
Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with management
Maintain our social media presence across all channels; including video post editing, posting, replying to comments/dms and advertisers
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns with advertisers & brand ambassadors and assess against goals
Monitor posts and use the V Vitamins customer communications to moderate comments, communicate and answer questions through the company's socials
Ad Hoc and miscellaneous tasks and projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism and punctuality
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on social media
Experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
Experience using marketing strategy concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Be able to create, post, and engage with social media content in real time
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Management experience preferred
