    Our company is looking for a Full Time Temporary (approximately 6 months) Maintenance Technician, who is handy with tools for our storage properties in the Atlanta/Athens/Covington, GA area.

    Job Title: Full Time Temporary Maintenance Technician

    Pay Rate: $21.00/HR (Up to 40 hours/week)

    Hours : Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm, Closed Sunday

    Job Duties Include:

    • Maintains upkeep and curb-appeal of property
    • Must be handy with tools
    • Heavy custodial requirements for the outside property as well as inside the property (cleaning bathrooms, storage units, parking lot, etc.)
    • Repair unit doors and latches

    Minimum Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

    • MUST HAVE A TRUCK AND TRAILER
    • Customer service experience
    • Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance repairs
    • Light construction experience is a plus, but not required
