    Student Support and Advising:

    Provide academic guidance and support to students.

    Coordinate and conduct academic advising sessions.

    Course Scheduling:

    Develop and manage course schedules.

    Ensure scheduling efficiency while maintaining curriculum balance.

    Student Records Management:

    Oversee maintenance of student records.

    Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

    Communication with Students and Parents:

    Establish effective communication channels with students.

    Regularly update parents on student progress.

    Feedback Mechanisms Implementation:

    Develop mechanisms for providing feedback to students.

    Ensure timely and meaningful feedback delivery.

    Collaboration with Faculty:

    Foster communication and collaboration among faculty.

    Support faculty in instructional material development.

    Academic Events and Initiatives:

    Plan and coordinate academic events.

    Implement initiatives for student engagement.

    Assessment and Quality Assurance:

    Manage academic assessment processes.

    Ensure compliance with educational standards.

    Resource Management:

    Assist in allocation and utilization of academic resources.

    Collaborate to secure necessary resources.

    Collaboration with Administrative Units:

    Work with other departments for a seamless academic experience.

    Contribute to policy development and implementation.

    Support Other Programs:

    Provide assistance to other projects as needed.

    Greet visiting clients, provide friendly, professional service, and direct them to the appropriate location.

    Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized, and ensuring a comfortable office environment.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Previous experience in academic advising, student support services, or related field.

    Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
