Specific duties include meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing customizable financial solutions for individuals and businesses with respect to financial, business, and estate planning, and analyzing relevant information in light of specific client considerations, including risk and asset management, education funding, retirement and tax considerations, business succession plans, legacy planning, and charitable bequests. We are looking for motivated, self–starters, who would like to: • Become a partner within their first year and build a team of financial advisors • Build their career with significant income potential • Manage their own work schedule and establish an attractive work/life balance • Make a difference in their community by helping individuals and businesses achieve financial goals and peace of mind while building and protecting assets • Experience a lifetime of learning and professional development • Enjoy recognition and rewards for their financial achievements Responsibilities: • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates • Document any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations in our book of business and clearly communicate with customers about those updates • Facilitate communication with clients and claims adjusters to process all documentation reporting a claim on a current policy • Provide helpful answers to clients on any policy or billing questions including explanation of coverage or rate changes to ensure complete understanding • Help create competitive quotes when it is time to issue renewals or make updates to a current policy Qualifications: • Relevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is helpful but not required, training will be provided if your talents are a good match • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed in 90 days • We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well • Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • MBA or previous management/team-building experience (Required) • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills • Ambitious, disciplined, leaders who demonstrate the utmost professionalism • Relationship building and networking abilities, exemplary interpersonal skills • Coachable and the ability to work in a team-based environment • College Degree • J.D. (attorney) or M.B.A. is a Strong plus • Sales experience is not required but is a plus • FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 a plus (company will pay for sponsorship for the right candidate) • Life & Health Insurance License not required (company will pay for sponsorship) • Financial Industry background is a plus however, financial or insurance sales experience is not required • Personal Transportation will be required for this position • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent resident Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
