Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and guide newly hired financial advisors to foster their professional development • Perform weekly evaluations of individual agents as part of the Performance Review Process • Enforce and maintain Production Standards within the team • Work closely with the Managing Partner to protect the reputation and values of the New York Life Brand • Oversee daily operations of the insurance office, including administration, personnel management, and workflow • Collaborate with colleagues to successfully complete projects that meet customer expectations • Manage and nurture a team of financial professionals to help them achieve their objectives • Progress through different tiers of management as you grow in your career with New York Life Qualifications: • Ideal Candidates for Direct Hire Manager in Grand Rapids, MI must have FINRA S6, or S7, S63, or S65, or S66 Registrations and hold Life and Health licenses as Registered Representatives • A minimum of two ( 2) years of industry experience is required for the Direct Hire Manager position • A master's degree or equivalent experience level is a prerequisite for this role. • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively is essential • Strong verbal communication skills are a must-have for potential Direct Hire Managers in Grand Rapids, and Lansing MI. Compensation: $75,351 - $150,369 yearly
