The chosen candidate will undergo training under the mentorship of Dr. Leroy Huizenga, a successful Agent, Registered Representative, and Partner from North Dakota. Participation in the Accelerated Management program includes acquiring insurance and investment licenses, attending paid training, mastering financial solutions, and developing a client base. Progressing to management as an Associate Partner is based on meeting specific production goals, usually accomplished within a year. Ideal applicants will have backgrounds in banking, finance, insurance, real estate sales, or leadership. Holding current ND or MN insurance and/or investment licenses is beneficial, as well as having a relevant degree in finance or business. Responsibilities: • Secure the required insurance and investment licenses and meet production goals within a year • Recruit aspiring financial professionals, both seasoned and new, to become part of our team at the North Dakota General Office, dedicated to serving the local community and beyond • Provide extensive training and ongoing development opportunities for current and future financial professionals, highlighting the company's sales tactics and range of products • Establish mechanisms for monitoring performance and assessing productivity to improve team efficiency, increase retention rates, and propel overall success Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and team members • A high level of personal drive and a commitment to both personal excellence and contributing to the success of others is essential • An entrepreneurial mindset and a determined attitude towards achieving success are key qualities needed for this role Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000+ annually
