New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Completion of the program requirements can lead to a transition into management as an associate partner. SOURCE: MDRT as of 7/1/2024 Responsibilities: • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements • Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals • Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements • Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals • Select, hire, and grow your financial professional's team as an associate partner • Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions • Develop relationships with centers of influence • Network within your community, build relationships • Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients • Educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals • Cultivate relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security • Build and expand your financial practice by establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients • Provide compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise Qualifications: • MBA degree in business administration, finance, or a similarly related field. Work/Business experience can be substituted for an MBA degree • Management experience preferred • Sales and Business Development background is strongly preferred • Must possess uncompromising integrity • Growth mindset, this is a lifelong learning position • An enterprising spirit and desire to control career • Desire to help people as you grow your career • Strong ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts • Coachable and willing to learn is a must • Valid FINRA Series 6 or7 & 63/66 preferred but not required • Track record of career growth and leadership Compensation: $95,000 + income with commission at plan
