To be successful in your new role, you will need to come equipped with sales, travel industry, and customer support skills. This is an in-office, full-time position working both independently and with our team. As a Travel Advisor, your primary focus is connecting people with great travel experiences. You will be taking calls and following up with those who express interest in our services, answering inquiries via email and in person, curating and selling and managing luxury and exclusive vacations.

· You arrange transportation, travel, and accommodations, and provide exemplary customer service so that you build lasting relationships and customers who value you as a trusted advisor and partner that can handle all of their travel needs so much that they refer their friends and relatives..

· You utilize our reputable network of travel providers and pros to find and acquire the best travel experiences available

· You upsell and cross-sell as needed, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and consistently communicate updates, new options, and changes to itineraries to your clients as quickly as possible.

· We provide you with cutting edge technology, relevant platforms and apps, and ongoing professional development opportunities so that you provide world-class customer service and travel experiences to excel in your career here.

· We provide you opportunities to apply for national recognition in the travel industry and in the public’s eye.

Key Qualifications

· You should have an awareness of the travel industry including travel related sales & reservations experience.

· You need to be driven, self-managed, and self-motivated.

· You are computer literate, and possess superior phone and in person rapport and communication skills.

· You can work comfortably in a public facing position and business environment, full-time, Monday – Friday.
