    Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz (BSSF), a premier accounting and business advisory firm, is seeking an organized, customer service oriented Receptionist to join our Frederick, MD office!  The Receptionist will greet and welcome visitors, handle a variety of administrative support tasks and help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.  

    Required Skills

    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
    • Ability to work well in a supportive team environment
    • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills required
    • Ability to organize, manage, and meet deadlines

     

    Required Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2-4 years' of administrative support experience including experience operating printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners and a multi- line telephone
