    JOB TITLE: Website Coordinator

    REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

    SCOPE OF POSITION: A Website Coordinator is a part-time, contractor role within the Accordus team. This team member fills critical network administration functions for Accordus clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Adding DNS records
    • Creating client emails in Google Workspace
    • Connecting websites
    • Purchasing website domains
    • Client access to websites in Squarespace
    • Connecting Squarespace to Mailchimp accounts
    • Creating Google voice numbers
    • Adding products to online stores for clients
    • Creating online forms

    QUALIFICATIONS

    All applicants must have:

    • Network Administration experience
    • Squarespace experience
    • Day-time Availability
    • Ability to work independently
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Must be quick to utilize resources
