    Account Coordinator for Traffic

    Summary Traffic Coordinator acts as a Liaison between Account Services and Creative, coordinating and communicating pertinent information to all team members. Traffic is the nerve center of the agency -- developing project estimates, scheduling all jobs, assigning creative/development teams, distributing work requests, and monitoring internal time. Traffic manages the daily workflow of projects from conception through completion, ensuring that deadlines are met.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee the timely flow of multiple projects from conception through completion in the department’s work queue.

    Confer with key team members to develop, project plans, milestones and required tasks for each project.

    Develop and maintain time sensitive, up-to-date project timelines.

    Serve as a key liaison between Account Services and Creative to ensure continuity, quality and accuracy of all projects.

    Follow up to ensure project goals are being met and provide direction and insightful solutions to issues when needed.

    Maintain overall quality by reviewing and proofing all materials prior to routing and release.

    Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:

    Excellent organization and communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.

    Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

    Excellent written, oral and proofreading skills a must.

    Strong computer skills are required, familiar with InDesign and Acrobat.

    Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.

    Proactive self-starter that can maintain an upbeat, positive attitude.

    Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines and juggle rapidly changing projects.

    Must be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.

    Possess a strong work ethic and take pride in the quality of their work.

    Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion and meet tight deadlines.
