    Role Overview

    As a senior ADR , you will own key strategic partner relationships, lead high-value sales initiatives, and drive process optimization across partner sales development. You will have the autonomy to define sales strategies, refine outreach methodologies, and directly impact DataMap's revenue growth.

    This role is designed for a seasoned sales or business development professional with 4-6 years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership track in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development.

    Key Responsibilities

    High-Value Partner Management & Sales Expansion

    • Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-value strategic partners.
    • Lead co-selling initiatives and ensure strong partner-driven revenue performance.
    • Negotiate and structure partner agreements, referral programs, and co-branded marketing efforts.

    Outbound Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

    • Own partner-driven sales pipeline strategy , ensuring a steady flow of high-value deals.
    • Work directly with C-level executives and sales leadership to optimize deal execution.
    • Identify and expand into new industry verticals and partner networks.

    Sales Process Optimization & Enablement

    • Refine and standardize sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and partner engagement models.
    • Ensure marketing and sales teams are aligned for seamless lead generation and conversion.
    • Implement best practices for pipeline acceleration, objection handling, and deal negotiation.

    Market Expansion & Competitive Positioning

    • Conduct deep-dive market and competitive research to uncover new revenue opportunities.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to partner ecosystems.
    • Identify growth opportunities through partnerships in emerging industries.

    Performance Measurement & Data-Driven Strategy

    • Own sales analytics, revenue tracking, and partner performance metrics.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights.
    • Leverage CRM tools, analytics platforms, and automation to scale outreach and engagement.

    Qualifications

    • 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of closing deals, managing high-value partner relationships, and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience with negotiating contracts, co-selling strategies, and structuring partnerships.
    • Strong ability to develop, execute, and optimize sales processes at scale.
    • Expertise in CRM tools, outbound sales methodologies, and sales automation platforms.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
