As our next sales development representative, we need someone who can turn potential customers into qualified leads through strong persuasion skills. We need someone who knows how to use social media to find prospects and reach out to them. Our ideal applicant is a great dealmaker, enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person, and has previous experience in customer service or sales. Responsibilities: • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process • Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails • Develop strategies for using social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads Qualifications: • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals • Successful experience providing customer service preferred • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $64,000 - $86,000 yearly
