    Account Executive – Digital Advertising Sales

    This role focuses on identifying potential business opportunities and engaging with local, regional, and national companies through consultative digital advertising sales.

    The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and maintaining client relationships. Success in this role requires a strong sales background, marketing expertise, and the ability to work closely with both clients and internal teams to develop targeted advertising strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and expand a sales territory by developing brand equity, business relationships, and advertising sales.

    • Develop a strong understanding of digital advertising products and media solutions.

    • Cultivate high-level client relationships, working closely with decision-makers on both client and agency sides.

    • Identify new revenue opportunities with existing clients to grow accounts.

    • Provide ongoing client management, including marketing plan reviews, educational events, and client entertainment.

    • Keep management informed on sales pipeline, progress toward goals, market conditions, and challenges.

    • Conduct client needs assessments and craft strategic marketing solutions.

    • Consistently exceed annual revenue goals.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Prospect and secure new business opportunities (B2B and B2C) through direct outreach, presentations, events, and industry networking.

    • Achieve revenue targets by selling integrated digital advertising solutions to both direct clients and advertising agencies.

    • Assess and convey advertisers’ marketing needs, collaborating with internal teams to create customized solutions.

    • Develop integrated media plans in coordination with planning, marketing, research, and account management teams.

    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive media landscape to offer strategic recommendations.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client accounts with a consultative sales approach.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in digital advertising or media.

    • Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully growing a client base.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience in selling high-level media strategy and marketing plans to senior decision-makers.

    • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Outlook, etc.).

    • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
