Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Regional Account Executive to join our team, focused on the greater Phoenix or Las Vegas area. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive dealership sales and be comfortable communicating the value of our products through various channels such as in-person meetings, web meetings, phone calls, emails, social media, and seminars. You will regularly engage with potential customers, providing solutions and overseeing sales activities within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by identifying and converting business opportunities in your territory.
- Regularly communicate with potential customers through face-to-face meetings, calls, emails, web meetings, social media, and seminars.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that builds strong relationships and expands the company’s customer base.
- Travel within your sales territory as needed to meet clients, provide product demonstrations, and manage relationships.
- Manage all inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities using cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer proposals, manage sales funnels, and report metrics daily/weekly.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure seamless account hand-offs and maintain a high retention rate.
- Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Participate in sales training and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive software, professional services sales, or dealership sales.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and online scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with dealership BDC processes and an understanding of the automotive shopper cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This role operates from a home office, with frequent travel to dealerships in your assigned territory.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, whether in a car, at a desk, or working on a computer.
- Must be available for travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 with on-target earnings of $150,000.
