    Job Description

    ** Position Overview:**

    Responsible for executing the business strategies as developed by the
    Regional Sales Manager/Director. The Account Executive will oversee the development of
    the Christian Dior brands at the retail sales level within an assigned
    territory.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Achieve established retail and net sales goals as set forth by the Regional Sales Manager/Director.

    • Build a network of high-performing Beauty Stylists and Selling Specialists.

    • Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Beauty Stylists and Selling Specialists to achieve established sales goals.

    • Maintain Selling Specialist spending within budget provided.

    • Work with retail store management in the proper planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.

    • Implement the corporate merchandising guidelines to ensure the company’s brand image at point of sale
      at all times.

    • Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for all product categories at the beauty counter.

    • Partner with the Education Department in the training and development of Beauty Stylists.

    • Follow corporate guidelines and maintain T/E expenses within budget provided.

    • Each Account Executive works from a home office (one day per week).

    • Travel varies by territory and can be extensive.

    • Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.

    About You and How You Can Excel in this Role

    • Exceed average annual new sales goals of $3 - 4ML
    • Flawlessly manage deals with an average new total contract value (TCV) of $135,000 with an average sales cycle of 7 months
    • Manage existing solution revenue from current customer base within an assigned territory of 6 to 25 accounts for both growth and retention
    • Prospect across the whole account and build a solid pipeline (2.5 to 3X sales goal) within assigned sales territory
    • Successfully manage a short, mid and long-term strategic sales plan to attain a deep understanding and trust within assigned sales territory
    • Actively maintain and communicate sales territory activity, notes, updates, call reports and opportunities with sales peers, sales leadership and product management as well as within Salesforce.com
    • Develop customized solution proposals and contractual agreements
    • Coordinate and work closely on sales opportunities, where required, with other Verisk Team members
    • Provide timely feedback to sales peers, sales leadership, product management and marketing on developing industry trends, new product ideas and competitive intelligence within assigned sales territory
    • Facilitate and develop trusting relationships on all levels within assigned sales territory accounts.
