RedTeam Software is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise to join RedTeam’s growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of construction and a deep understanding of the RedTeam product portfolio to help companies with an annual construction value (ACV) of $20m+ deliver more successful projects through our best-in-class construction project management and collaboration solutions – RedTeam, TeamPlayer, Fieldlens, etc. Your charter will be to grow RedTeam’s annual recurring revenue for these products through new customer acquisition. This position will report to the VP of Sales. This is a remote position .
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and develop a pipeline for potential customers in assigned territory using various direct methods such as calling and in-person meetings, along with indirect methods such as networking and online research
Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities
Research prospect customers, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, uncover challenges, quantify pain, discover business requirements, & recommend solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide leadership with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within HubSpot
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Create long-term renewable business by focusing your efforts on customers that fit RedTeam’s ideal customer profile, involving key decision-makers, influencers, stakeholders, and addressing their unique requirements
Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up, product demonstrations,
You will achieve this by creating account-based pursuit plans and following a proven sales methodology/process that centers around the customer’s business success
What We’re Looking For:
BA/BS or equivalend experience preferred
7+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
Proven record of success in an inside sales and outside sales based selling model
Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to develop trusted relationships
Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products and online collaboration tools
Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

Selling the entire portfolio of RedTeam solutions to customers where applicable
Taking full ownership of the sales cycle and deploying internal resources as needed
