    Title: Account Executive
    Location: Newton, MA (3 days in office after training)
    Target Start Date: March or April 2025
    Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + Commission and Bonus

    We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to actively pursue and close new business opportunities within B2B technology markets. The role involves hunting for leads, building relationships with senior executives, and delivering tailored solutions that drive growth. You will develop and execute account penetration strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, offering a diverse range of technology research, business consulting, and marketing services.     • Actively pursue new business opportunities within B2B technology sectors, including AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data centers, infrastructure, and networking.
    • Hunt for new contacts and identify potential leads to drive sales and account acquisition.
    • Build and nurture relationships with senior business and technology executives to influence business success.
    • Develop and execute strategic account penetration plans to maximize growth and market presence.
    • Anticipate client needs and challenges, using insights to create tailored solutions that add value.
    • Consistently strive to close new business and win new accounts to meet sales targets.
    • Work with prospects and clients to understand their business drivers and deliver valuable solutions.
    • Offer technology research, business consulting, and marketing services to senior-level decision-makers.
    • Focus on long-term partnerships that influence client success and retention.
    • Maintain a results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on achieving sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or client management role, with a strong track record of driving results.
    • Experience in client-facing positions, such as inside sales, prospecting, sales support, or customer support, with a focus on relationship building and solution selling.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with senior-level decision-makers.
    • Proven ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, demonstrating professionalism and clarity at all times.
    • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high-quality results.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and remain focused on critical tasks that drive business outcomes.
    • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales, consistently working towards revenue targets and personal performance objectives.
    • Action-oriented, with a drive to take initiative and move deals forward, ensuring timely follow-through on all leads and opportunities.
    • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and leadership to achieve company objectives.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify challenges, and propose solutions that meet their business goals.
    • Comfortable working in a business development environment where cold calling, prospecting, and identifying new opportunities are part of the daily responsibilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting tools to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales role, with a willingness to adapt to new strategies and industry trends.
    • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, targeting key prospects, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
