As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth trajectory by cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with HOA management companies. Leveraging your expertise in sales and account management, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective HOA management companies to understand their unique needs and challenges.
· Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to articulate the value proposition of our software solutions, aligning them with the requirements of potential clients.
· Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and maximize retention rates.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address client concerns effectively.
· Client Success Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns they may encounter.
· Close deals.
SKILLS
· Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
· Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
