    As an Account Executive, you'll be the trusted advisor for clients seeking debt relief solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Engaging with Inbound Leads: Connect with potential clients who are actively seeking our services.
    • Personalized Client Support: Offer tailored guidance and support to meet individual client needs.

    Note: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 1 day per week initially. Top performers have the chance to earn additional work-from-home privileges, up to full remote work.

    Account Executive Responsibilities:

    • Working warm inbound leads who have an explicit need for our service
    • Listening and understanding each client's individual goals and challenges
    • Spending several hours a day on the phone with prospective clients
    • Keeping an organized schedule to maximize your workflow
    • Achieving realistic personal monthly goals set by your managers

    Account Executive Requirements:

    • A strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
    • An ability to listen and put into practice teachings and critiques from management
    • The desire to grow and become a top producer for the company
    • Exceptional reading and speaking skills
    • Must be a problem solver with great critical thinking skills
    • Sales experience and/or professional phone experience is beneficial
    • A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
