Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare technology and/or RCM services.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and revenue cycle optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement processes and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events within the assigned territory or market segment.
