Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities. • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales activity, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management. • Account Management: Developing a deep understanding of client needs and goals, and proactively offering solutions to meet those needs. Managing and growing existing client accounts by upselling and cross-selling. • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conducting compelling sales presentations to demonstrate product or service value. Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Market Analysis: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. • Continuous Learning: Keeping up with industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve sales skills and performance. • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Being a trusted advisor to clients and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • A consistent top performer in sales • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • 5-7 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative • Focus on consultative sales approach with the ability to close • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-driven mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 at plan
