💼 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Connect with potential customers through phone, text, and email to understand their insurance needs. ✔️ Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience. ✔️ Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities. ✔️ Proactively pursue new business through leads, referrals, and outreach efforts (we provide leads!). ✔️ Meet and exceed sales goals with multiple bonus opportunities.
👤 Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance? Great! If not, we’ll help you get licensed within 30 days (P&C) and 60 days (Life Insurance). ✅ Sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and drive to succeed are even more important! ✅ Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. ✅ Coachable and eager to learn new skills and technology. ✅ Reliable, organized, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
