Responsibilities:

· Engage and interact with customers daily.

· Attend Sales trainings and coaching camps on a weekly basis.

· Foster team building and provide mentorship to fellow colleagues.

· Provide exceptional customer experience from presentation through installation.

· Assisting customers through the Roofing buying process from start-finish.

Qualifications:

· Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

· Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, and unwavering determination.

· Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.

· Naturally adept at building relationships and skilled in articulating thoughts and ideas.

· Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
