Your role will directly impact the future workforce by providing children with woodworking education, providing exposure to a career in the trades and developing children into leaders.

    • Work in a small business with no bureaucracy where you are an instrumental, foundational team member working to expand the mission and make a difference.
    • NO cap on compensation – you earn a base salary AND a percentage % of everything you sell, with both new business and reoccurring contract renewals.

    Your Opportunity for Impact: Account Executive (Sales Representative)

    Account Executive (Sales Representative) \- Your Job Duties:

    You will directly contribute to the Organization’s growth and impact by identifying, qualifying, pursuing and closing potential leads that lead to growth and revenue, building relationships and selling mainly to educational institutions, school districts and childhood education programs.

    • Identify new business opportunities through your existing network, referrals, trade shows, and new lead identification
    • Expand business opportunities with existing customers through relationship building
    • Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence (COIs), ensuring that the company is considered for potential customer referrals
    • Nurture relationships with channel partners (ie: carpenter unions) and engage with trade shows and events to generate new leads
    • Lead customer meetings and product demonstrations to showcase product and value
    • Manage, log and track sales activity and metrics in CRM system (Pipedrive)
    • Participate in the proposal writing, monitor proposal delivery, adjustments to quotes and final close

    A successful Account Executive (Sales Representative) is identifying new customer leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers, generating an average of 5 sales per month and $1M or more in annual sales.

    • Comfortable with technology – you will be using Pipedrive CRM, google sheets and docs and a tech stack in your daily work
    • Able to drive to potential customers for site visits and customer meetings / have a valid Driver’s License

    Account Executive (Sales Representative) \- You Might Have:

    • Desire to grow into a manager role / build a team
    • Prior experience selling educational programs (curriculum, training and support, project materials or equipment)
    • Prior experience working in a school district leading a department
    • Knowledge in Career and Tech Education (CTE) or STEAM / STEM programs

    Account Executive (Sales Representative) – For You

    You will work on a hybrid schedule – a few days in the office in New Jersey, a few days in your home office, and some travel throughout the Northeast (7 state area including New Jersey, New York and adjacent states). You plan your schedule – infrequent overnight travel anticipated outside of trade shows.

    Your compensation will be a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and existing relationships, plus commission (paid monthly) based on sales closed and collected.

    OTE average anticipated at $120,000 minimum, up to $200,000 or more depending on size of sales and building your ongoing book of business.
