    Position Overview:

    Sourced. is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of success and an established network of clients that can be easily leveraged to produce maximum and immediate revenue.

    The ideal candidate will have successfully generated significant revenue in any of the following areas: Staffing, Recruiting, Insurance, Payroll, PEO or B2B sales. In addition, this person will be results driven, goal oriented and able to work with minimal oversight and maximum autonomy. This position will have no direct reports but will be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to ensuring success.

    Income:

    • $50,000 base salary with an annual 10% increase upon meeting revenue goals.
    • Uncapped commission potential with an increase in commission percentages based on a tiered revenue scale.
    • First year projected income of $125,000 plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leverage existing client network to generate sales for Sourced. focusing primarily on Talent Acquisition but can include Fractional Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Virtual Administrative Services as well.
    • Nurture and expand relationships within existing client network, serving as a trusted advisor on their business needs.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of client industries and challenges.
    • Establish new client relationships through networking and business outreach activities.
    • Collaborate with appropriate team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience successfully driving revenue in Staffing, Recruiting, Insurance, Payroll, PEO or B2B sales.
    • Must possess an active network of clients with the ability to convert them into Sourced. clients.
    • Ability to drive new business through multiple networking and business outreach methodologies.
    • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
