    About this role

    As a Sales Account Executive , you will join our legendary sales division where you will become a healthcare expert! Each day will be a rewarding responsibility to help individuals, families and businesses find the right healthcare for their needs. You will save your clients hundreds and even thousands of dollars a year on their healthcare. Your first three months will be spent in the marketing division where you will deliver qualified sales opportunities to our Sr. Account Executive team. During this time, you will train and learn everything there is to know about the Sales Account Executive role to ensure you are successful when you start selling!

    Key Responsibilities

    Within the 1 st month, the AE is expected to :

    • Manage and nurture aged leads, leveraging your expertise to convert them into successful sales.
    • Leverage opportunities to learn the market and business.
    • Become experts on UHSM’s product offering, as well as high-tech tools to be successful (Telephony solutions, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce CRM, Web Chat functionality, and sales engagement tools).
    • Consistently meet and/or exceed goals.

    After the 1 st month, it is expected that the AE’s will: ****

    • Transition into sales and immediately start closing deals.
    • Be a champion for change in our complex healthcare system and passionate about creating a more people-focused healthcare.
    • Answer incoming warm leads and get deals to the finish line.
    • Close sales marketing-generated opportunities via phone, text, and email.
    • Take live inbound transfers by answering phone calls promptly in a polite and professional manner.
    • Conduct outbound calls provided from our warm leads database.
    • Engage and utilize a consultative sales approach to best explain various health care and insurance programs and services.
    • Actively listen during conversations to understand our customers’ needs, then provide a solution to help.
    • Provide world-class customer service and maintain positive relations with new and existing clientele.
    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
    • Manage your sales leads, calendar, and time to efficiently meet monthly sales goals.
    • Build a residual book of business by growing and maintaining an ongoing client base.
    • Strive consistently to gain sales skills, stay current on the industry, product knowledge and competitive marketplace.

    Required ** Qualifications** ****

    • 1+ years of sales experience.
    • 1+ years working with sales processes and tactics.
    • Able to work in our Santa Ana, CA office location.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Healthcare sales experience.
    • Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of success as a top performing sales professional.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products, CRMs and sales enablement tools.
    • A self-starter with initiative and passion for helping people while focusing on clients’ needs.
    • Eagerness to learn and the ability to take direction – trainable, coachable, constant learner.
