    We're looking for a highly motivated strategic Account Executive responsible for acquiring, developing, and closing new business opportunities within large, complex eye care organizations, including multi-location/multi-specialty practices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outbound-driven environment and excels at multi-threading key stakeholders within an organization to drive meaningful sales engagements. Excellent communicators with 3 years of outbound sales experience would likely excel in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, prospect, and close new business within the eye care industry.
    • Utilize outbound prospecting techniques to generate pipeline, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry insights.
    • Engage and multi-thread across various stakeholders, including executives, clinical leaders, IT teams, and procurement departments, to build consensus and advance sales cycles.
    • Conduct consultative sales conversations, understanding client pain points and demonstrating how Virtual Field's solutions address their needs.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM tools.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to continuously refine the sales approach.
    • Represent Virtual Field at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand brand presence and build relationships.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or medical device sales.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing deals with large, multi-location healthcare organizations.
    • Strong experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
    • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

    The base salary for this role is approximately $80,000 with an $80,000 incentive.
