    Responsibilities

    • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities, with a focus in of the following industries: Investment Banking, Luxury Retail, Energy/Utilities.
    • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistic
    • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
    • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
    • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
    • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
    • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
    • Pitch concepts to clients and identify opportunities for multiple service lines.
    • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
    • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
    • Develop relationships and serve as the liaison between the company and the clients.
    • Coordinate with the different internal teams the delivery of the solution or the recruitment of the specialists.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 3+ years experience in business development role in consulting and/or new technology/IT services
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
    • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box
    • Exceptional presentation skills
    • Time management, organization, and leadership skills
    • Experience in one of the following industries is a plus: Investment Banking, Luxury Retail, Energy/Utilities
    • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

    The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000 (base salary + commissions)
